I rented with SAMS accommodation for my second year of university and was initially quite nervous about the whole thing as i'd been in Halls previously (for which the university handles everything). However, I needn't have been worried as SAMS was very helpful and friendly right from the beginning of tenancy to the end. There were no nasty surprises throughout tenancy and communication was good. I was always kept well informed if the landlord wanted to visit the house or work needed to be done, I had a warning ample time beforehand. If I had an issue, someone was sent out to fix the problem very quickly. Was a pleasure to be renting with SAMS and I would highly recommend them to any other prospective tenants.
